What is sam estreicher?

Samuel Estreicher is a law professor at New York University School of Law. He is the director of the Center for Labor and Employment Law and also teaches courses on civil procedure and comparative labor law. He has also served as the chairman of the National Labor Relations Board, the federal agency responsible for enforcing labor law in the private sector. He has written extensively on labor, employment, and administrative law and has authored over a dozen books on these topics. Additionally, he has argued cases before the Supreme Court and other federal courts as an appellate lawyer.
